Individual Therapy
Individual therapy at Shora House is tailored to the needs, strengths, and goals of each client. We work with children, adolescents, and adults experiencing emotional, behavioral, developmental, and relational challenges, while recognizing that every person's experiences and needs are different.
Group Therapy
Group therapy provides opportunities for connection, skill-building, and support in a shared environment. Participating alongside others can reduce isolation, strengthen relationships, build confidence, and create opportunities to practice new skills in real-world social contexts.
Classes
Our classes create opportunities for children, families, and community members to connect, learn, create, and grow together. Through shared experiences and hands-on learning, participants build practical skills while fostering connection, curiosity, confidence, and a sense of belonging.
